Refund and Returns Policy

If you need to return your Elite Acoustics product,  please contact us within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Some return may have a restock fee applied (*see notes for exceptions*), a restocking fee is a charge up to 30% of the original purchase price applied to products purchased from store.eliteacoustics.com or shop.eliteacoustics.com and that are returned within the 14-day return policy. 

After 14 days, Elite Acoustics cannot accept the return, standard warranty applies after 14 days . 

Elite Acoustics must be notified of all shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. Photos may be requested for damaged items prior to the RMA Approval.

Return product sent back to Elite Acoustics must have a RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.  Product shipped to EAE without a RMA number will be returned to shipper.

To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in new condition, shipped in the original EAE packing material with all the accessories.  We may charge a 30% restocking fee and/or store credit only for returned product that has visible wear, abused or missing accessories. Return product with excessive wear may be denied a refund.  

Items must be returned in the same conditions that they were shipped. This incudes all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

Items returned for discretionary reasons (i.e. wrong item, buyer remorse etc.) may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

If your order was shipped with Free Shipping, your refund will be deducted the value of uncharged shipping cost (see above for rates). 

Refunds are made based product value only , excluding shipping and handling charges ($15 per SKU).

Customer is responsible for Return shipping cost. Return product must be shipped fully insured with ability to track shipment. Ship your product to the address on the RMA via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service (UPS ground, FedEX ground). You can purchase a return shipping label from us or use your own shipping method, Ship units with RMA number to address below,

Returns must arrive at our facility within 7 days with RMA number clearing marked on the outside box. Returns not received within 7 days of the issue days of the RMA number may be denied a refund.
 

Refunds may take up to 10 days to process after we receive the return product.
 

*Abuse of Return Privileges* –  Our return policy is to make sure our customers are getting the product they desired.  Limitations and suspension of the return privileges can be imposed on those have excessive returns. 

Please take into consideration that we are a small company trying to service artists and musicians, excessive returns hurt our business and can lead to higher prices. Please make sure you do your research before purchasing, check our social media links, there are many videos and comments on our products. You can also email us if you have any product questions.

Note: Restocking fees are not applied when a product is returned un-open or determined to has a defect. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to store.eliteacoustics.com or shop.eliteacoustics.com with RMA number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within about 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty

Elite Acoustics Engineering Inc. warrants our product to be free of defects in material and workmanship (excluding batteries) for period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. EAE warrants the Speaker’s Batteries for 90 days from the date of original retail purchase. This warrant is enforceable only by the original retail purchaser. To be protected by this warranty, the purchaser must complete the return of the enclosed warranty card or register online within 14 days of purchase. During the warranty period, EAE shall its sole and absolute option, either repair or replace, free of charge, any product that proves to be defective up-on inspection by EAE or its authorized service representative.

To Obtain warranty service, contact EAE support via email: support@eliteacoustics.com. Pre-Authorization must be obtain before sending Any product to an EAE service center. All inquires must be accompanied by a description of the problem. All authorized returns must be sent to EAE repair facility postage prepaid, insured and properly packaged.

EAE reserves the right to update any units returned for repair and right to change or improve the design of product at anytime without prior notice. This warranty does not cover claims for damages due to abuse, neglect, alteration, or attempted repair by unauthorized personnel and it is limited to failures arising during normal use that are due to defects in material or workmanship in the product.

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited induration to the length of this limited warranty. Some sates do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, therefore, above limitation may no apply to you. In no event will Elite Acoustics Engineering Inc. be liable for incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranty, including among the things, damage to property, damage based on inconvenience or on loss of use of the product, and, to extent permitted by law, damages for personal injury. Some sate do no allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion many not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty only applies to products sold and use in the United States of America. For warranty information in all other countries please refer to your local distributor/reseller.
